Meet The Team

The Really Wild Challenges Team

Dan, Managing Director, UK

After gaining a BA (hons) in International Development and NGO managment, Dan spent several years working for a variety of charities and living overseas, before setting up Really Wild Challenges with Charles Milton. For Dan, Really Wild Challenges is all about combining a passion for travel with a passion for fundraising for great causes, and being part of something that has a huge impact on the lives of so many people from so many different walks of life. When not overseas planning new challenges, Dan spends his spare time in the beautiful countryside around Edinburgh.

Charles, Managing Director, UK

Charles fell in love with adventure travel and challenge events 8 years ago when he spent 2 months exploring the Amazon Rainforest of south Guyana. Ever since he’s sought out new challenges and bumped into all the other senior partners along the way! After a BA in International Development and an MA in Globalization, Ethnicity and Culture from the University Of Sussex, Charles was determined to bring the partners together and allow others to experience once in a lifetime journeys, whilst raising huge sums of money for fantastic charities doing amazing work.

James King - Business Development Manager

James is our fundraising guru with over 5 years experience within the charity sector. His commitment and passion for challenge events has seen him raise in excess of £1 million from an array of challenge campaigns. James understands how these challenges can raise the profile of a charity and how life changing challenges drive donor retention and loyalty. James recently completed his fundraising diploma which has broadened his knowledge. James has a never ending list of countries to visit and challenges to complete, most recently climbing Mount Kilimanjaro.

Molly Moyle – Finance Co-Ordinator

With many years experience of working within the charity sector Molly brings knowledge and understanding of the issues faced by charities and financial pressures where funds are in greater demand. Molly faces life with a positive outlook and enjoy exploring new areas for family adventures, who knows maybe I’ll venture further than Europe in future years participating in one of our exciting challenges!
